By accessing or using the website leeperrylifecoach.com (the “Website”) or engaging the services of Lee Perry Life Coach (“Coach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Website or engage our services. 

2. Nature of Services 

Lee Perry Life Coach provides faith-based life coaching services, including but not limited to:

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Life coaching is NOT a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, psychiatry, psychology, or any other form of licensed professional mental health treatment. Lee Perry is a certified life coach and ordained minister, NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Coaching services are educational and motivational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition or medical illness.

3. Coaching Relationship 

The coaching relationship is a partnership. As a client, you understand and agree that: 

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results obtained through coaching. 
  • Coaching is not therapy and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders. 
  • You will communicate openly and honestly to ensure the coaching relationship is productive. 
  • The Coach will maintain professional boundaries at all times. 
  • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with reasonable notice. 

4. Fees and Payment 

Coaching sessions are offered at $150 per session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are as follows: 

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. 
  • All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD). 
  • Rates are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. 

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. 

5. Confidentiality 

All information shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except: 

  • When required by law or court order. 
  • When there is a reasonable belief of imminent danger to yourself or others. 
  • When necessary to prevent a serious crime. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Lee Perry Life Coach and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lee Perry Life Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website or the coaching services.
